Financial Service Authority ("OJK") has issued regulation No. 23/POJK.04/2021 for the purpose to enhance further measures for Capital Market Supervision. This regulation was made to set a clearer framework for OJK to fulfill its supervisory role effectively in the middle of financial scandals in the Capital Market Industry.
